How to delete an account

To delete an account registered within Ginwa products, please follow the guidelines below.This action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your personal information and content associated with this account. Please note that once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you proceed, you will be logged out and your account will be permanently deleted.

step1: Log in to your account on Ginwa products.

step2: Click on the bottom tab, navigate in sequence to: My –> Settings –> Delete Account, and click to enter.

step3: Click on the red confirmation button “Delete my account” to complete the final account deletion.
